We provide free delivery across New Zealand (except some rural areas) for all standard-sized Air Equipment (excluding electric pumps).

Our AVAILABLE NOW  section features a limited range of Air Tracks, accessories, and electric pumps. These items are ready for immediate dispatch and can be delivered within 2–4 business days nationwide.

Custom-Made Air Equipment

We specialise in custom-made Air Tracks, ensuring you get the perfect product for your needs.

• Express Delivery & Production: 4 weeks

• Standard Delivery & Production: 8–10 weeks

(For large Air Tracks, wholesale orders, or club and school orders)

Order Process

1. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder. For any changes or corrections, contact us immediately.

2. Delivery Timelines

• In-Stock Items: Delivered in 2–4 days

• Custom Orders: Delivered in 4–10 weeks, depending on type of delivery, size of the equipment and quantity

• Rural Areas & Public Holidays: Delivery may take slightly longer.

3. Tracking Your Order

As your delivery date approaches, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. For large items, a notification will be sent when your parcel is onboard with the driver.

• Smaller Parcels: Shipped via Courier Post
