AVAILABLE NOW section has a limited number of Air Tracks and accessories (including electric pumps) that can be delivered within 1-3 days within NZ.
Same-day delivery for Auckland is possible prior to arrangement.
*CUSTOM-MADE AIR EQUIPMENT: 3-4 weeks for an express delivery & production. 8-10 weeks for a standard delivery & production (extra large Air Tracks, wholesale orders, clubs orders). Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions. We usually reply within 1-3 hours.
Most of our Air Tracks are custom-made, which allows you to get exactly what you want - any size, more than 20 color combinations to choose from, branding for clubs & schools, adding extra velcro strips, and more.
After you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation (check your Spam box) and if any of your details are incorrect or you want to change something in your order, please notify us as soon as possible.
If you live in a rural area, the time frame for delivery may be slightly longer. Public holidays can also affect the delivery schedule. Large wholesale orders can take up to 10 weeks for delivery and production, dependent on the quantity.
Closer to a delivery day, you will receive a confirmation email from us with tracking information, stating that the parcel is on board with a driver on its way to you.
We use Mainfreight shipping company for large air tracks. Courier Post for lighter parcels.
We ship to Australia too, shipping will be calculated during checkout.
