I've seen so much confidence coming out from my tumblers, specifically for punch fronts and front handsprings. It’s also really great for gymnasts afraid to do straight arm handstand forward rolls as even if they land heavy on their back, it provides softer cushioning than the floor, but hard enough for the to complete the roll. Really handy for conditioning and warm up and so many great opportunities for drills.
